How do I access my site through FTP?
Simply open your favorite FTP client, enter yourdomain.com as the address. Use the username ftp@yourdomain.com and the same password you use when you login to SiteWorx. Dynamized recommends Filezilla for Windows users.
Do all accounts receive free weekly backups?
Yes, all accounts receive free weekly backups.
Is it possible to get a custom plan?
No. At the current time Dynamized.com does not offer any custom hosting plans, but please note that in the near future we will offer a setup tool that will allow you to create a customized plan.
What are your nameservers?
Our current nameservers are nmsvr1.dynamized.com and nmsvr2.dynamized.com.
How do recieve my e-mail through POP3 or IMAP?
Using your favourite e-mail client, enter the following settings for POP3 or IMAP:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yoursite.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yoursite.com
E-Mail Address: youraccount@yoursite.com
Password: Same as siteworx (for the main account)
I've ordered a hosting plan, how long before my account is active?
The normal wait time is 1-12 hours after an order is submitted.
What versions of PHP and MySQL are you running?
The current versions are:
PHP: 5.2.0
MySQL: 4.1.20
How do I login to SiteWorx?
To login to SiteWorx, simply go to http://yourdomain.com/siteworx/ Enter your email address, password, and press “Login”.
How do I check my webmail?
We offer two webmail clients.
Horde: http://www.yoursite.com/horde
SquirrelMail: http://www.yoursite.com/squirrelmail
Login with youraddress@yoursite.com with the same password as your siteworx account.
Is there a live SiteWorx demo that I can view?
Yes. To view the demo, go to: https://demo-iworx3.interworx.com:2443/siteworx/
Use the following login information:
Username: demo-iworx3@interworx.com
Password: demo
Domain: demo-iworx3.interworx.com
Can I create my own backups?
Yes. You can make your own backups by logging into SiteWorx, then clicking on the “Backup/Restore” button.
How do i track my website stats/hits?
Login to SiteWorx and click the Stats button on the left hand menu. AwStats is available for detailed statistics.
Do all accounts include ScriptWorx?
Yes, all accounts include ScriptWorx - the Interworx script installer.
What scripts are available through ScriptWorx?
Are you sure you want to know? It's quite a long list.
